Manafort was doing pretty OK behind the scenes, but greed and ego got him paired up with Trump. He should have recognized the inevitability of failure for just being associated with Trump. Otherwise, Manafort would still be collecting checks from corrupt governments and banks around the world.

Compounded by other trump problems: emolument litigation, Avenetti, NY litigation, NY AG investigations, DC Manafort pretrial issues, whatever else comes around, whatever else trump trips over [Putin, etc.]

fox spews and rw media machines, will be working hard to deflect, focus on dems [BC/O-C tours, etc.]

We've got to keep the spotlight on trump and his problems - our biggest assets come November elections.

However, 2nd Manafort trial should start in DC in September, other court cases and news are good for inundating coverage for more than 3 months - if dems don't get in the way.
