The coming campaign to rescue Trump could get a lot uglier

President Trump has two monumental political problems on his hands. The first is that sizable majorities continue to disapprove of his handling of the novel coronavirus, which is still claiming American lives at a fast clip and has helped land us in the worst economic crisis in nearly a century.

The second is that, after having claimed civil unrest sweeping the land constitutes “domestic terror,” while rage-tweeting about “LAW & ORDER!” and threatening to send in troops, public opinion is solidly behind the protests, while approval of his response has sunk into the 30s.

Is there anything that might magically solve both these problems in one stroke?

Why, yes! Blaming large gatherings at protests for any spikes in the coronavirus in coming weeks just might fit the bill perfectly!

Watch him blame the protests for coronavirus spikes while simultaneously trying to convince people that it's perfectly safe for everyone to go back to their normal daily lives.

I don't know if it really matters what he says any more. Everyone who's not a cultist can see that the emperor is not wearing any clothes.

This is not a real President. This is a reality TV show regime he has going now.

He has and will use various forms of shock and awe to debase, debilitate and divide us and our country. There is no question in mind that the regime in his mind is the one he intends to inflict permanently and the GOP are following along in order to maintain relevance power and control as they realize their impending obsolescence demographically and otherwise in the near future.

Addiction to power and control brings with it a price we all pay when those malignant entities are on the cusp of losing it. The allure and payoffs are far too strong to let go of and the addiction is just a series of fixes to mainline for a high and to assuage a deep insecurity and a corresponding need to overwhelm and conquer. Meanwhile, we all suffer greatly and everything is at stake in that case.

"...could get a lot uglier." Could? It most certainly will. We would be best off to expect the very worst the GOP Trumpire can pull off. That is a way for us to avoid the shock effect they are going to rely on to inject confusion and chaos as we come to the pinnacle of this egregious travesty we call an Adminstration, which is actually a slow-motion coup. It's time to gird our loins as it is said. Be resilient and prepared, vigilant and informed.

This is going to be a time where we all may be called to do our part because it is figuratively on our doorsteps.

that to happen. It will be important to know where increased hospitalizations are taking place, and not just on statewide levels.

that more and more people are getting sick of trump. If putin and 'activists', don't do serious damage - trump is in serious trouble.
