Joe Shapiro -- the man who took Trump's SATs for him

The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School is being thrust into the spotlight after it was alleged that President Donald Trump was admitted after his sister did his homework for him and a friend named Joe Shapiro took his SATs.

In a new tell-all book by the president’s niece, Mary Trump, it was revealed that the Penn grad wasn’t quite the “genius” he has claimed to be. He announced he was “first in his class at Wharton,” though he never was admitted to the prestigious MBA program at the school and he was never listed on the dean’s list the year he graduated, the Penn student newspaper reported in 2017.

“I recognize virtually all the names on that list,” 1968 Wharton graduate Stephen Foxman told the Daily Pennsylvanian. “And Trump just wasn’t one of them.”

“To hedge his bets he enlisted Joe Shapiro, a smart kid with a reputation for being a good test taker, to take his SATs for him. That was much easier to pull off in the days before photo IDs and computerized records. Donald, who never lacked for funds, paid his buddy well,” Mary Trump’s book details.

1. I would love nothing more than my Alma Mater to rescind the Bachelor of Science Degree from Trump

Technically if it can be proven he was given admission based on false information and illegally taken SAT scores, they could do that.

It would be the most honorable thing my Univeristy could ever do and would make Penn and Wharton even more respected.

But falsified applications and credentials (yes, including an SAT taken by someone other than the applicant) is grounds for expulsion and losing your diploma...

I seem to remember similar difficulties getting George W. Bush’s SAT scores and grades pried loose from Yale’s administration. I find it somewhat curious that when it comes to the transcripts and test scores of the offspring of wealthy elites, the mysterious vanishing rate of such documents is approximately 17 Times the national average...

5. What Did Trump Tell Hillary During the Debates...

When she question his taxes, he said "....cause I'm smart!" Well having the money to pay a friend to do your work in is, trump's mind, smart. Shame we now have people going to jail for this kind of stuff.

8. I frankly don't understand this story.

The timing is off. I took a standardized test (in my case the ACT) sometime during my junior year in high school. That was in the early 70s. Both my older brother and sister did the same thing in the mid and late 60s respectively.

I’m short, we all took the test BEFORE we were accepted at or attended college. It doesn’t surprise me that Trump would cheat, but WHILE he was attending Fordham? Was that a thing in the mid 60s? Take the SAT while attending college?

9. If Joe Shapiro had taken Trump's test for him

He would have scored well. Yet Trump has gone to great lengths to keep his results secret.
Conveniently for Mary Trump, Shapiro is dead and can't answer the accusation.
And would it really be unheard of for someone called Trump to traduce the reputation of a dead person?
