Youngkin's Top Billionaire Donor

Newsletterest.com/Forbes Daily Dozen, Nov. 4, 2021. Sophia Lotto Persio, Curator-In-Chief.

(FYI, no surprise).

An increase in the Carlyle Group’s stock price makes Glenn Youngkin even wealthier than he was when he started campaigning for the gubernatorial race in Virginia—his fortune makes him one of the richest governors in the U.S., one with wealthy backers, too..

Former Carlyle Group co-CEO Glenn Youngkin is set to become one of the wealthiest governors in the United States. A key contributor to his successful gubernatorial run in Virginia was billionaire insurance tycoon Patrick Ryan.

So many of those voices stayed absolutely silent when it came to lending an influential hand in defeating this very candidate they've built a political platform against.

I find that hypocritically odd. Don't you?

They contributed nothing but silence, when faced with the choice of a Democrat & a wealth dripping millionare Republican.

Why?

2. McAuliffe having been a Carlyle investor pretty much took that arrow out of the quiver.

He invested at least $700k into Carlyle and possibly much more. Disclosures only have to be up to a certain amount. He tried that gambit earlier but quickly gave up on it.

We had 2 choices. A hard RW Trumper with billionare donors or a Democrat with investments equal to those of many politicians.
Those investments that have never been devuldged until needed to weaponize.

Open the investments of every legislator now worth a million $$, every pol running for office & see who tries to explain their way around their own faults.

You won't like the results.

"Millionares & Billionares" they gotta put their $$$ somewhere!!
