Hierarchy is an artificial construct and people who are like tfg, are nothing but an empty sound.

I'm thinking it contained a bit more common man patriotism than as it would be thought of today. Which is my way of saying where did the merchant-revolutionary who sparked the Boston Tea Party rebellion against the British Colonial government find virtue in colonial Massachusetts?
