What Hannity Knew about January 6th and what he did
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/sean-hannity-january-6-committee-information/Here's a remarkable quote:
"Guys, we have a clear path to land the plane in 9 days. He can't mention the election again. Ever. I did not have a good call with him today. And worse, I'm not sure what is left to do or say, and I don't like not knowing if it's truly understood. Ideas?"
It's no surprise that Sean Hannity is a Republican political party operative. That's a despicable and completely dishonest and unethical perspective for a "journalist" to have, but then, he's no journalist. And while it's kind of nice to see that he was in an all-out panic over what was going to happen on January 6th, the fact that he has gone on the air and ignored it makes him a deceitful liar and a geniune scum bag, and it nullifies every criticism he makes of the left, and of the Biden-Harris administration.
Beyond that, he knew that January 6th would end any hope of Trump getting a second chance in the White House. And now we know he knew it. It's sinking his ratings like the Titanic, once everything he said and did comes out, he will be branded as a traitor by the nutjobs and wackos who make up most of his audience.

(3,859 posts)and his plan was to wait out the Biden administration, have Trump as antagonist in chief from Mar-A-Lago, and spend the next four years trying to win back political support in a political way, by a constant barrage of criticism. He clearly knew that any insurrection or attempt to stop the peaceful transition of power would doom Trump's chances of being re-elected, and might actually lead to criminal prosecution. He's in the propaganda business after all. But Trump's ego couldn't handle getting beaten into the ground like he did, and couldn't admit he lost, because that makes him a loser.
Frankly, while there are fears that Trump might run again, the guy doesn't stand the remotest chance of getting elected again. Not after January 6th.
Hannity worked all day, along with other Trump sycophants, to try and get him to stop the treasonous rebellion, and they all failed. And now that the truth about what he was doing behind the scenes is out, his audience of assorted deplorables and stupid idiots are upset with him.
