With everything else that was wrong with this confrontation, that one could be missed. You never leave your kids in the car, ever!

And, it's obvious to me that she USED her children to gain access to the butterfly conservatory. Coming in under false pretenses. They do that here too. Reminds me of everyone who made a big deal of Tony Soprano talking business at his daughter's soccer game.
