Every vehicle we had a technical inspection sheet with every maintenance logged. And any upcoming possible issues. Like minor leaks that would be checked every week.

The apparent lack of basic maintenance is appalling to my mechanic senses, but great for the Ukrainian people. If the upkeep is that bad how many trained good mechanics have the Russians invested in?

The rear axle seems to have snapped (sheared?) off, and the front tire could have the same problem. Wonder how the other side looks.

Makes you wonder about the weapons systems.

due to poorly drained in parts of Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia will continue another 4-6 weeks. ("The Crimea is a desert and the South Ukrainian coastal areas are dryer." ) Limiting travel mostly to paved roads.

Elsewhere I've read that the Russian military, including tanks, is supposed to be able to handle the spring and fall mud that caused such grief for Napoleon's and Hitler's armies. But it wasn't talking about...tires.
