As Ukrainians fight for their lives against the invading Russian forces, civilization hasn’t totally broken down. Those looking to take advantage of the situation via looting are being publically shamed in a way that is sure to deter future attempts.

According to reports, looters are being taped to poles where they can patiently wait for the police and reflect upon their actions. However, that didn’t seem far enough for some, and photos posted on social media show the pants (and perhaps underwear) of the looter were removed as well.

I know if I was a thief and took something and got my pants taken off and shrink wrapped to a pole, while we waited on the police,I wouldn't want to take anything again.

court of law would, in some places. Other places unfortunately, such as putin, would probably line them up and shoot them. I sure hope not.
