studying, working, traveling abroad come home to Russia, with their smart phones or flash drives full of the news and videos we’ve been watching?

Do they ALL get shipped off to jail when they land back in Russia? Or, what they have seen and heard get spread around Russia and provide the proof to charge and bury Vlad. Hoping for the latter.
