Your recent letters advising me that I am several mortgage payments in arrears are clearly in error. Not one month has gone by in which I failed to make my mortgage payment by thinking of it.

I am aware that some of your customers make their monthly payments by check or by cash or even authorized automatic payment withdrawals from their bank accounts. Those are fine methods, but I choose to make my payment each month by simply thinking of it.

Please correct your records and cease all these foreclosure threats, ok?
