Democrats already fundraising off Supreme Court ruling
Since everybody knows what THIS supreme court will do re the Health Care law, given that five of the justices are motivated entirely by ideological faith and don't let anything of a legal or constitutional basis get in the way of their doing what they want to (aborting presidential election 2000, Citizens United case), Democrats are already collecting funds based on Supreme courts expected 'decision' [font size="3" color="red"]*[/font] on the health Care reform law.
[font size="3" color="red"]*[/font]the reason the SC put-off release of their 'decision' was to firm up their rationalizations for the decison they made before they ever formally heard the case.

The Supreme Court hasn’t ruled yet — but Democrats are starting to fundraise off the decision over Barack Obama’s health care law.
Invoking the memory of his late father, Ted Kennedy, former Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-R.I.) is soliciting contributions for a fund to defend the law — no matter how the Supreme Court rules Thursday.
In an email appeal Wednesday morning from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Kennedy asked for donations of $3 or more to the “Health Care Rapid Response Fund.”

Democrats go on the Offensive
Democrats sought to take the offensive on healthcare Wednesday, a day before a landmark Supreme Court decision on President Obama's signature legislative issue.
House Democrats said the high court ruling would be a clear indication if the nation's highest court is partisan or impartial, even as they sought to raise campaign funds off the pending decision.
"We'll find out this week if the Supreme Court is listening to the American people and following the U.S. Constitution," said Rep. Xavier Becerra (Calif.), vice chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, "or if it's becoming more and more what we've seen in the past: a partisan body no different from the Congress."
The ruling, Becerra added, will reveal "whether there are nine people in the Supreme Court who are going to try to do the bidding of special interests or who are actually listening to the needs of the American people guided by the Constitution of the United States."
