i hope so.
maybe help them look up the judges who are up for retention. drive them to the poll. spend the afternoon with them? remind them that this is more about their future than yours?
just wondering if the young ones (18 and over) in your life have voted yet or are voting on nov 8

(14,004 posts)and Ive voted in every election since I turned 18. Nothing could keep me from voting unless Im 6 feet under. Even then, my ghost would try and vote anyway.

i remember she was 17 and was allowed to work the polls which she wanted to do and did do for a number of years. she did phone banking for tammy duckworth (and maybe another dem but i can't remember for sure) and canvasing for congressman sean casten
she thought i was a pest about a number of things. not voting (whew!)
