4. Several opinion writers have written about Netanyahu's lack of a plan for after he ends the war.

I think his plan has been obvious for months. Some of his right-wing ministers have been public about it. The plan is to bomb every building in Gaza to rubble to make the area unlivable, kill as many Palestinians as possible with bombs and drones, bomb all the hospitals (killing nurses and doctors) to prevent any medical treatment, prevent any humanitarian aid from reaching GAZA so that people starve to death, and forcibly remove any Palestinians left alive to the Sinai desert and just dump them there with no life-supporting resources. This is war crimes and genocide, not just retaliation for 1200 Israelis murdered by Hamas.

It struck me s odd that put of the blue, Jared Kushner piped up about clearing Gaza of civilians so its valuable waterfront could be developed. Have Jared and Bibi been talking?

8. I'd say he's got a point

but the more likely story is that some higher ups simply don't care, their lust to destroy every luxt to destroy ever real, potential, or imaginary threat blinding them to any other consideration. Under Netanyahu, Israel has become a typical Middle Eastern state, and that is a bitter indictment.

Israel has a tough road ahead if they ever manage to get rid of Bibi and the assholes who have kept him in power. It's going to be a tough sell to the rest of the world to get back the good will they once enjoyed.

That makes me very sad.
