Wicked, WICKED boy he was.

For instance, in Measure for Measure, Lucio gives the nunlet Isabella quite clear instructions for a blowjob on Angelo, after which Angelo has a brief monolog to his erect penis. It's hysterical.

take something at random from the list ailsagirl posted;
for example:
".... eye of newt and toe of frog, wool of bat and tongue of dog ....".

if that isn't an exact description of the current crop of repuke leaders, i'll vanish into thin air.
there's old fish eyed, cold blooded Newt Gingrich;
the frog blowing psycho, Bushwipe;
Prion of the vampire hairline & bloodsucker of seniors;
& Romney the dog abuser;
all described & encapsulated in a single phrase -
500 hundred years before their time.

Some were certainly coined by Mr. Shakespeare.

Others are known to be quoted by him, but presently quoted only from him and not his sources.

We like to think that exhausts the possibilities, but we know it doesn't.

A third category are those he quoted from unknown sources. How many Shakespeare quotes are indeed his and not borrowed by him from 3rd, unknown sources will never be known.

It was something I came across that I found interesting. I am an intense fan of WS, as you might have guessed, but I know I have barely scratched the surface. Cervantes also has a myriad of phrases attributed to him, according to my Bartlett's. I'd have to look them up, as I don't know any of them off-hand.
