That infers to me that the rest of the Democratic party just isn't that Christian like Magats are.

9. I suggest you listen to his 2023 sermon against Christian Nationalism.

He is a unique, and I think incredibly effective voice against Christian Nationalism at a time that Christian Nationalism is an existential threat to the moral principles that have driven every decent thing we have ever accomplished as a nation -- moral principles that are grounded, not in religion, but in empathy, compassion, and faith in each other.

3. Democrats come off as anti-religious at times

A better tactic would be to call Republicans anti-religious since they violate most of Jesus’ teachings.

I think Democrats need to go hard at Utah. It is a highly educated state that is growing economically. Mormons live what they preach, unlike Evangelicals who are preaching redemption because they are frequently full of s***. Other Christians are derisive of Mormons, and actually often deny that Mormons are actually Christians. Mormons are conservative socially, but not that different from groups like Muslims and Latinos who should also be strong Democratic constituencies. Harry Reid was Mormon. Democrats should do better with Mormons, but Democrats need to be more accepting of faith.

Get Mormons close to 50/50 Democratic, and Arizona and Nevada become blue states and Utah becomes purple.
