and the last lump of coal extracted, all those workers, those few workers really, will be laid off. And they'll find their pension funds will disappear like ice in a furnace, and their company health insurance will likewise be gone. Then they'll be very glad this President will have made it possible for them to get coverage anyway. Even with pre-existing conditions.
