George Zimmerman’s bloody nose

Posted by Jonathan Capehart on December 3, 2012 at 5:37 pm

Lawyers for George Zimmerman, the killer of Trayvon Martin, released a photo today of their client’s bloody nose taken moments after he shot the unarmed teenager ... A grainy photocopied version was in a batch of evidence released by the prosecution months ago ...

... No doubt his supporters will say they prove him innocent of the second-degree murder charge against him.

But today’s bloody photo doesn’t solve the mystery of Trayvon’s hands. There were “No DNA results foreign to Trayvon Benjamin Martin” found on them. Also, in a written statement, during a jailhouse interview and a reenactment the next day, Zimmerman said that he pulled the dead teen’s arms away from his body after killing him. Yet, the police officer who arrived on the scene noted in his report, “The black male had his hands underneath his body” ...

2. If I am Juror #8, I find Zimmerman guilty. But in the 1st degree. He stalked, 911 warned to back off

and he continued.

GUILTY based on all evidence presented to me.

BTW-this picture don't prove anything as Marcia Brady's nose looked alot worse.
And Zimmy is alive and well and Mr.Martin is not

So it proves diddley.

Also, one would wonder if maybe he himself did this damage arguing with somebody in jail or at the police station

If you beileve the police and all the evidence thus presented, and there is no DNA
sorry Zimmeister, you are guilty.

Guilty in the first degree.
and you are a danger to society that be true, because you will just do it again.

whatever the max penalty is, IMHO, that is the sentence that should be carried out.

what a waste of taxpayer money

and Mr. Martin, based on the evidence put forth in front of us, was killed because he was black. Which should add penalties to it. Doesn't that make it a federal crime too?

IF for some reason he gets off on state charges, can't the feds charge him under that?

I would ask Mr. Holder (who is a just and legendary great AG IMHO) to do just that.

Murder in the 1st is bad.
Killing somebody in a racial crime is even worse than 1st degree murder

3. Z won't have a leg to stand on....

nor the "evidence", if that's what you call it. That police dept really screwed itself. Don't know why... maybe Politics? Money?

Z stalked and killed that young man. And after he did, the police Dept didn't do the right thing. They should have taken Z straight to the hospital. They could have told him it was because they were worried about him and that after being in this scuffle and shooting the kid, he might be in shock... tell him ANYTHING to get the evidence on Z's body DOCUMENTED. With several Drs, medical personnel, detectives as witness to his injuries. They lost the case right there. He doesn't have a leg to stand on now. And then he lied to the judge about all that money he had raked in... Whew! Mark my word, he is going to the big house.

And I'm telling all who reads this, if someone assaults you, or if you are in a wreck, or if you are raped, or you had a fight, .....you absolutely MUST get to the hospital immediately and get it all documented. Not the next day, not in a couple hours, not in a week. Your case will not stand up in a court of law if you don't do this. And don't wash your hands, don't wipe the blood off (if you're bleeding), and if you're a woman who has been raped....DON'T GO TO THE BATHROOM! Don't straighten your clothes up. Don't comb your hair..You are covered with evidence. Covered! Yeah, you might feel alright. You might not have insurance. You might have a thousand excuses not to go to the hospital, but trust me, you must get it done. This is to protect yourself, both physically and legally, lest you get sued by the perpetrator of the injury!

BTW, I seen that photo of Z while ago (the one just released) on TV that was supposedly taken the night that he murdered Travon Martin. That's not the way he looked in that footage we seen of him walking into the police station, now was it? His nose would still have been swollen and he would have had blood all down his shirt. I'm telling you, had he looked like this newly-released photo, the police would have surely taken him straight to the hospital!

Be interesting to see how much of what survives the legal process and actually gets presented.

6. GZ's dad is a retired judge, so there's no doubt they will do anything to lengthen the process, and

find new things to bring in (or take out). Also, as long as GZ's web site keeps getting money, well, the lawyers and judicial system will keep milking the process.
I don't know about anyone else, but I've taught my teens to protect themselves against stalkers. Trayvon had no idea who GZ was because GZ DID NOT identify himself as the captain of the neighborhood watch group, therefore, Trayvon probably felt threatened. Then the fight broke out. GZ told the police he "FELT like the guy was going to go for his gun" and that's when GZ said he "pulled the gun out from the case, and shot the guy." Notice GZ didn't say Trayvon reached for his gun.
About the bloody picture; when the local news showed the video of the police bringing in GZ to the station, GZ's face or back of head had NO blood. The news even freezed the frames, and zoomed in on GZ's alleged injuries...showed no blood, but it did show a scrape to the back of his head, and a scrape on the bridge of his nose. Goes to show the police didn't think anything of GZ killing this guy, because if they did they would have taken pictures of GZ's injuries at the crime scene. They thought they could just sweep this under the rug, and nobody would notice. They already knew who GZ was, and his dad. They just took the good ole boys word as gold.
The bottom line is this; if GZ had identified himself to Trayvon, this probably would not have happened. GZ was the stalker, thus bringing fear onto Trayvon. Fear motivated Trayvon to fight, the same as fear motivated GZ to pull out his gun to kill. GZ started the whole thing, and he HAS confessed to it.
