It's too bad he's got some kind of mental problem, because if someone really loves the subway, they can just apply for the job and then get paid for doing what they love.

(2,286 posts)a lot of the opinion at the time was that he was jsut a kid fascinated by trains. But the offenses kept coming. And as cute of positive many thought his actions were, there came a point where public safety became an issue.
Shame we ciminalize a lot of mental illness
