processed? That is along the Texas Coast and Sabine River and Sabine Pass. And the southern part of the pipeline is already being built between Cushings OK and the Texas coastal shipping facilitates. Cushings Ok is the big crude oil storage and gathering point for the nation.

Oops, too late (to get the new processing facilities stopped). It will be exported to foreign nations causing a shortage here making the price go way up. Of course the environmental damage will be disastrous.
