Teri Buhl Has done some good investigation and so has Bill Black.

Teri Buhl comes on at about 13 minutes.

And there have been a lot of settlement for fines that should have been court cases. But the bank are considered too big to prosecute as well as fail.

I'd like to see if Eliot Spitzer as AG would do anything.

Maybe so, just to make it clear that will be what happens if our government's financial policemen continue to give mega-bankers and their criminal Wall Street buddies a free hand to steal and defraud.

I can think of a few things he should be impeached for. Refusal to prosecute is as good of a reason as any.

prosecuted Nixon after he resigned the Presidency for his treasonous interfering with the 1968 Vietnam War Peace Talks.

They never prosecuted Reagan and GHW Bush for their treasonous interfering with the 1980 Iranian Hostage Crisis, and the Iran/Contra affair.

They never prosecuted GW Bush and Cheney for lying America's way into attacking and invading Iraq on false pretenses, for torture, for setting up off-shore "indefinite detainment" prison camps under American auspices, for domestic spying, wiretapping, etc...

Hell, there aren't even articles of impeachment being drawn up against the Supreme Court for declaring that US corporations are "people" with First Amendment rights...

So why on earth would prosecuting the Government's financial backers even cross AG Holder's mind??

Janet Reno was pretty good, except for the Waco tragedy as soon as Clinton came into office. I think we would have to go all the way back to Bobby Kennedy. All the rest remind me of Mob lawyers. Even our 5 present notorious winger Supreme Court Judges. Remember when SC Judges were apolitical?

But Eric Holder? If we held him accountable for letting Wall Street off the hook, we'd have to get him for letting the Bush junta off the hook too. Justice has been an illusion in this country since the '60s, gradually getting worse over time up till now. But I must say, this one is nearing the worst. Too much has gone over the cliff in the last 12-14 years. Way too much...

Absolutely, Eric Holder should be impeached for not going after Wall Street, since he won't do the job he's supposed to do and since PO will not fire him. But then...we have a effing Congress that is as corrupt as the other two branches of government. Fat chance they are going to impeach him. We're a effing rouge nation, folks. We are part and parcel a Banana Republic. The Corporation owns us. When the government does the bidding of the Corporation, what is it called? What do we call this? Look it up folks.
Right down the line, this is Fascism. This is NOT socialism.

...what worries me so much is that nobody seems to be doing anything about it. We just continue down the road to ruin. Government by lies. And what about that Trans Pacific Partnership deal to Corporatize the world that's being secretly negotiated behind our backs?

"I am concerned that the size of some of these institutions becomes so large that it does become difficult for us to prosecute them when we are hit with indications that if you do prosecute, if you do bring a criminal charge, it will have a negative impact on the national economy, perhaps even the world economy. And I think that is a function of the fact that some of these institutions have become too large." Eric Holder, The Hill

- Although I have no allegiance to any of the ''Granfalloons'' of this world, the joining of corporations and the state to the point where they become indistinguishable is the very definition of fascism......
