1. Don't know if I'd call it profiling.

But it is definitely an example of different responses for different body hues and plumbing. I did find it interesting that everyone followed the preprogrammed stereotypes.

2. What I thought was funny

was the responses to the attractive young woman - she admits they bike is not hers, but she still has guys helping her saw through the chain.

but, I think it is profiling when you have a different response to the same situation based on race.

3. I saw/see Racial Profiling as random suspicions based on Hue.

All three admitted to stealing. No suspicion of criminal activity, Just public responses seemed to be based on color and then gender. An interesting experiment I'd like to see than to a full study; nationwide, urban and rural, and more variables added. What would be the public response if the thief was a fifty something well dressed black woman?
