Determining who amongst us are likely to lead a revolution when they push us too far.

The ruling class has ALWAYS figured the general public are a bunch of sheep and all you have to do is eliminate the shepherd to disperse them.

This is Richard Clarke, the counterterrorism advisor to Bush, Ciinton and Bush:

The argument that this sweeping search must be kept secret from the terrorists is laughable. Terrorists already assume this sort of thing is being done. Only law-abiding American citizens were blissfully ignorant of what their government was doing.
