Thom Hartmann: Should special prosecutors handle military sexual assaults?



Sam Bennett,Women's Campaign Fund/She Should Run Foundation joins Thom Hartmann. Lawmakers are considering legislation to help stop the epidemic of sexual assault and rape in the military. There is differing opinions on how to deal with those who committ assaults - and how they should be tried. What are your thoughts? Is this something that should be left up to military hierachy - or should special prosecutors handle these cases?
