Identifying yourself can be as simple as stating your name/address. You don't have to offer up 'PAPERZ!' just because some jackbooted sheriff wants you to.

I would question here, whether this was even a proper Terry stop. Filming in a public place is hardly reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.
