almost assuredly the next two Supreme Court Justices will be decided in the next year or two, and both will be
democratic seats that will be needed to fill.

As such, the election of Ed Markey June 25, 2013 and Cory Booker in October will go far in deciding WHO gets to pick the
next justice, a republican senate where Sen. Warren will be most assuredly not having any power to do anything,
or whether it will remain a democratic senate where Sen. Warren can continue to advance causes near and dear to all of us here.

Without the two 2013 special elections, 2014 will be that much harder to hold.

VOTE as if your life depends on it, because, actually, it does.

She make so many great points here this is a MUST WATCH video (only 5 min. of your time).

The corporate-military is attacking a free and open society on all and every front, taking control of the courts to ensure when the lobbyists and the paid politicians fail the courts will rule in their favor is blatant and obvious to any thinking person casually observing the outcomes.

The problems are systemic and need to be addressed or our free and open society will become a corporate-military control structure permanently.

Among other things, "Federal officials are ... exempt from disclosing the value of their homes".

E.g.,

"One of Sotomayor’s most valuable assets is her former New York City residence, now a rental property valued between $1 million and $5 million, though she carries a mortgage on the property."

to me an American to have a person such as her to fight for us. And I feel privileged to be alive at this time in history to see such a person as her fighting for us. I keep thinking - she should run for president, but I think she will be more effective right where she is.

I am afraid that becoming president is a more figure head position than a person of power. Unless of course you are illegal like the Bushwhacker was, with hid record number of signing statements.
