Thom Hartmann: Federal employee pensions ransacked again

Gerry Swanke, AFGE joins Thom Hartmann. The Conservatives' war on labor continues..Lawmakers on Capitol Hill are close to cutting $15 billion dollars from federal employee's retirement funds to pay for unemployment benefits. Republicans also want to cut $45 billion from federal employment retirement funds to pay for new road construction. And let's not forget that federal employee wages have been frozen for two wars - costing the employees over $60 billion dollars in lost wages. So why are federal employees being hit to pay for the mess made by corporate greed and bad governance?
