There is no doubt that the religious right wants a coup. They have intended all along to establish a theocracy and replace the Constitution and Bill Of Rights with the bible and ten commandments. They have been saying it for years. We need to take them seriously now.

The latest attack on family planning is the first shot in their war on democracy. For some reason they are emboldened and are now fully out in the open on the matter.

they've been taking shots since I can remember...but I generally agree with your point.

I think they are desperate, because they thought they had it all with Bush. Then they saw it begin to slip away when Obama moved in.

They are dropping the charade of civility, and preparing to go all out. If they don't steal the White House this year, they'll get violent. If they do, they'll get oppressive.

Either we better be prepared, because the fight ain't overcome November. It's like Eastwood said - its only half time.
