...... it means they already have done it.

I've seen this trick before...... Polish AKs to the Contras...... Stingers to the Mujahadeen..... etc.

Croatia is a good guess..... but the source could be any or ALL of the former Yugoslav states. They all want the $s for their old military stuff.
