Papantonio: Where The Hell Is The Outrage?

The following segment originally aired on the July 28th, 2013 episode of Ring of Fire on Free Speech TV. Americans are being put through the ringer by corporate America on everything from the corrupt financial elites on Wall Street to the massive amounts of pollution being spewed by corporations. We’re also experiencing one of the worst, do-nothing Congressional bodies in modern history thanks to Republican obstruction. So the question is – where the hell is the outrage? Ring of Fire host Mike Papantonio tries to answer that question with Richard Eskow from the Campaign for America’s Future.

1. All the outrage is being used up on the NSA, a spying division of government

because they're spying… which, I guess, is resulting in mass fracking, Wall Street corruption, and sequesters. America is in the middle of a 'dumbing down' sequence.

2. The fact is, the Obama administration will NOT respond to anything mentioned here...

...as Pap said, "until we join (apparently others outside the US) suffering these injustices.

Are we fat and lazy? Yee-hah... just look around.

Was Bill Hick's monologue, "Go back to bed, America... Honey, when does American Gladiators come on?" CORRECT?

Sure looks like people are going to wait until they're really up the creek without a paddle...

Should Wall Street pay for these crimes against the American homeowner and mortgage backed derivatives, and for collateralized debt obligations? You bet your sweet ass, they should. Obama knows this, BUT HE HASN'T HEARD enough, has he?

No, he has not... because we are ASLEEP from our obligations, America.

to get more perspective and build better priorities. These kids will not be listening to this party much longer.

Papantonio is right to call out the public conscience.

5. I didn't know Gordon Gekko is regarded as heroic

It would take a sociopath who thinks a serial killer is a good role model to regard Gordon Gekko as heroic.
