Video Shows Car Plowing Into Crowded Venice Boardwalk (man has turned himself in)

VIDEO here: http://www.mediaite.com/online/watch-video-shows-car-plowing-into-crowded-venice-boardwalk/

One person was killed and over a dozen injured when a man drove his car onto a crowded boardwalk in Venice Beach on Saturday.

38-year-old Nathan Louis Campbell turned himself in to authorities Saturday night and is currently being held on $1 million bond. Video from a nearby restaurant shows him parking his car near the boardwalk at around 6 p.m., and then returning a few minutes later and accelerating into the crowd. Witnesses say Campbell appeared to swerve as much as possible to hit people. Police have released no motive for Campbell’s actions.

Video does not show anything but a few people turning around to look, RebelOne Aug 2013 #1
You can see the car at the 5 second mark and a slow-mo at the 26 second mark, etc. Tx4obama Aug 2013 #2

I rewatched just the first 30 seconds and saw the car two times.

Watch it in 'full screen' and look more towards the top half of the video.
