one would need to be a walking cocoon if nets were all we had. Seems to work on electronics, I'd guess some kind of opposing field or detector you wear on your wrist, blah blah...

Something's going to have to keep the service men who launch this safe.

I'm sure the Air Force have it all figured out anyway.

Spending tens of billions to develope cool-assed, high-tech crap like this is far more important than rebuilding our nation's infrastructure, educating our children or making sure Americans have decent jobs, housing and health care. I mean, this stuff is just so goddamned cool, right?
