There is some serious talk in Washington about appointing Larry Summers as the new chairman of the Federal Reserve. Obama has been out on the stump praising Summers, but when you look at his record, there isn't anything worthy of praise on his resume'. Ring of Fire host Mike Papantonio talks about the disaster that is Larry Summers with economist Dean Baker.
