I've lost 60+ lbs, without changing how much I eat or how often. I feel TONS better! (Pun intended!)

... more energy, not to mention the health benefits, make taking our daily
dietary practices seriously well worth the effort.

I first saw this presentation on PBS last year and thought it was excellent. I just stumbled across it on youtube today.

take a lot of meds for my auto-immune disease, small fiber sensory neuropathy and it is extremely painful! Like Joe, I travel a lot for work and get a lot of meals from a window, that must change. Good luck to you all, wish me luck, I have a whole wardrobe to work into!

I have some excess baggage of my own and am planning on making a juicing program
part of a lifestyle change.

I love how he juices in the back of his car.

I have a juicer that sits in the basement. I need to make room for it on the counter.

I wish more obese people could see it. My daughter was very obese and had to resort to gastric bypass surgery. She lost 200 pounds and has managed to keep the weight off for the past 10 years, but she is a junk food eater.

I am a vegetarian, but I would like to drop about 10 pounds. I have a juicer that I rarely use because it is a bitch to clean, but I guess I will have to put it to use more often.
