No True Scotsman, in my understanding, is about changing definitions to escape counter example. E.G.

Assertion: "You won't see people drinking Bud Light here, as no true Scotsman would drink that."
Counter example: "But I just saw Donald McCloud having one over there!"
Fallacy: "Well then Donald McCloud must not be a TRUE Scotsman!"
