1. Al Sharpton is a "House N****r" on the plantation! Strong words, but I tend to agree!

Obama is an unabashed Corpratist. He doesn't like to rock the boat. Look forward, not back, except if you are the NSA, then look everywhere!

I get that. Plenty of legitimate disappointment/anger on the grip of Wall St. and the defense establishment on the economy and the budget. But then he absolutely blows it with his "Obama Plantation" bullshit, which is aimed at charming who, exactly? It does, of course, give him a corner on the nutty professor market or whatever exact form of differentiation he's looking for. It's a waste. Something or someone pushed him over the edge and he hasn't come back.

The over incarceration of blacks in the South needs to END.

The prison labor industry needs to END as well.

4. Cornel West puts it out for all... what do "all" say about the House Negro and Plantation?

Is Al Sharpton waiting for the boss to say it's okay to fight for civil rights again, and not "token issues"?

Will it wake anybody up further about the drone program and NSA spying and the fact that NO ONE can make a living wage in America anymore without first going into debt?

Admit it... we're all debt slaves for even trying... and it matters NOT who is in the White House if master says it "okay".

What kind of leaders will it take to get us going in the right direction?

walks the walk. He has made real sacrifices for the cause of justice.
He has a ton of cred with me and many others.
When he talks, we should listen.

world...he had plenty of time to think of nothing other than the inequities of the over incarceration of black males and females. He should not have wasted time dealing with the non-financial crisis facing the country, the startling peace that broke out all over the world,. Yes, he should have been held more accountable for that hateful Congress that cooperated with him on every issue and he should have been able to produce legislation that the Congress failed to produce (even though that's not the job of the President). Yes, he's had a much too uncomplicated first term and a beginning second term that appears to be even more unchallenging. And it's his fault that all those NSA spies were conducting surveillances that he knew all about. He has had nothing but cooperation from both sides of the aisle and therefore he has no excuses for sitting on his hands and doing absolutely nothing while in office. Yeah, his looks deceived me too. Yes, he fooled me too. I thought I was looking at superman...and it turns out that he is a mere human being. You could have fooled me. I swore I saw the globe on his shoulders. What a fool I was.

Had he been elected president of Candyland, things would've been much sweeter for all of us! To show us he had been searious (intentional misspelling), he surrounded himself with conservative advisers...... and continues that practice to this day! These "experts" fostering privatization at every turn - just like the _____________ would do if they were in the WH. One can only conclude that he's hoping to woo corporate America (those two words being one in the same anymore) or Boehner, or both. And that aspiring young hope and change guy? He's about to stick OUR nose in yet another middle eastern nation's business. When does it stop??? When do stop trying to institute fairness abroad while looking the other way about it here at home?

Without his strong voice we would be lost in a sea of compliance with the right wing principles.
Cornel West gets it and I love hearing him speak.
