Best I can do ... you have to click on the link to see it. It's a close up picture of Christopher J. Terrell being manhandled who was arrested for singing. He was sitting on the floor and went limp as he was being arrested.

Perhaps this is like a tit twister? It was pretty visible and an unworthy mode of performance.

Who do we point this out to? Madison PD? How much overtime is showing up on their city council's billing to the citizenry each month?

Are the Koch's able to supplement this per arranged overtime? Let's see what they get paid, WS... the right to know law is your key.
