$16.37 per hour with various loadings for overtime and shift work .Wake up America!!!!!! Increasing the minimum wage doesn't increase unemployment as often spouted by free market devotees.Walmart and Costco are good examples of businesses that operate profitably but with one just sucking it's employees and the government dry .The money ending up in walmart's pocket's is quite simply getting ripped off their workers . Reminds me of the filmclip for that Smashing Pumpkins song about the rats in the cage. I'd do a link but I'm still a bit of a Luddite! Is it true the minimum wage is not much more than it was in the 80's??? That's ok if the price of everything else hasn't risen but I'm sure like everywhere else in the world prices have risen by multiples . Hope those people voting republican and on minimum wage realise their folly!!!!
