When the foreclosure crisis hit America, foreclosure mill lawfirms began popping up all over the country to help banks take over homes as fast as possible. And as you’d expect, the system is ripe with fraud. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio talks about the issue with investigative journalist David Dayen.

attorneys are bad! Trial attorneys have watched people's right to sue corporations be capped or taken away all together under the guise of Tort Reform. This has greatly impacted our bottom line and caused massive layoffs. Sounds good to you? Just remember that when something bad happens to you, we may not be able to help. One example that was barely noticed is the immunity granted to all generic drug manufacturers this year, that's 80% of the prescriptions in the U.S.!
These greedy corporate firms need to be stopped, and I wish Colorado all of the luck in the world!
