Instead of acting like a mall security guard or repig congressman, who relish their situational authority instead of seeking to bully those they catch or "rule" over.

The best way to know if someone is genuine is how they treat waiters in restaurants. I found out what an asshole my ex was in a restaurant in PR.

That right there is the core reason of why every bad cop, is a bad cop.
