It has happened to me three times. In three different places. I am not perfect, but I had been doing my job. And then some. That cut no ice.

If anyone is yelling at you, you should immediately stop the conversation and leave. Record any yelling. I was a union president, and I wouldn't put up with any kind of disrespectful behavior from administrators towards our members. If you have a good union, they won't put up with that either.

This is why we MUST organize like minds into fighting forces at the local level.
