Papantonio: The New Democratic Insurgents

This segment originally aired on the October 27th, 2013 episode of Ring of Fire on Free Speech TV. The Democratic Party is just as entrenched with corporate America as the Republicans. But pushback from the grassroots level is changing that relationship. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio speaks with Robert Borosage from the Campaign for America’s Future about how that’s happening.

On and on with this Obama-trashing and talk about "Wall Street Democrats" and saying he isn't hopeful and talking about a third party. Now he's starting to go off the rails. He's not understanding political reality. The whole country is nowhere near a far-left nation, a third party would be PURE STUPIDITY, and the "progressive movement" is not nearly as "powerful" as they say. I do wish it was, but let's face it. Too many on the left trap themselves, grabbing their tail and chasing it in circles. They vote during Presidential elections, but then stay home in the off years, let TeaScum win, and then bitch like hell, sometimes even with rallies and protests, when those they ALLOWED to win by not voting start screwing them good and hard. 2010 was CAUSED BY "PROGRESSIVES" WHO STAYED HOME AND DIDN'T VOTE. Simple as that. So while I agree that Warren is great, and Sanders is great, and would like to see a true progressive movement, progressives need to make that happen and should not just sit around bitching about Democrats.
