Thom Hartmann shares a story that Cruz' father Rafael Cruz indicated that his son was among the evangelical Christians who are anointed as "kings" to take control of all sectors of society, an agenda commonly referred to as the "Seven Mountains" mandate
Here is more about it.

(5,279 posts)The stolen symbols, twisted to fit an agenda worthy of Jabba the Hut. The Menorah in the background (unlit for this is not a religion of light), the Magan David on the podium as they try to infer a kinship with Hebraic royalty/domination over Israel, and the Shofar, an ancient symbol of a people NOT them.
The stolen calender and the twist to meet a plan of mass murder. Rosh Hashonah, the first day of the Hebrew calender, not the start of the mythical Gregorian "Spiritual Calender" (nitwits), by the way it was the year 5772, not 2012. So, no end of the world apocalyptic orgasm for you. Considering what Tedly got done, I guess "72" was the year for starting to politically jerking off.
How is this not a death cult? They might as well be Thuggees worshiping Kali.

(147 posts)on a video header face, I leave the board. It makes me furious that this two-bit Joe McCarthy wannabee has his glory-beaming face plastered all over everywhere. I'd eat silly putty before I'd ever vote for that jackass. Sorry for the rant TB.

(10,893 posts)first video, it sounds like Republicans such as Ron Paul and Ted Cruz are banking on people buying the false equivalence between the two major parties and developing cynicism about the whole system. Republicans are probably hoping that by them messing around and not doing anything, people will blame both parties for our problems instead of just the main culprits, and sit out elections. You know a political party is pathetic when they basically have to hope for low turnout amongst the other side.

(12,882 posts)is an indication that we have a hard time conceiving of being duped by these hood-winkers. But just like the old line about there being "no atheists in foxholes", these charlatans are counting on the desperation of those who are at the collective ends of their financial rope. Those who have nothing more than the no-cost trusting to a make-believe savior to turn to are likely to do just that. Remember how intently the victims of the holocaust wanted to believe they were gonna be treated to a shower? THAT'S what these swindlers are counting on.
Let's hope - for their sake - they're correct in their promises of heaven and hell - cause I don't wanna roast alongside them.

(8,821 posts)Everything they've done to others will eventually rebound on them, just like an echo bounces back from a canyon wall. We may not get to enjoy seeing it happen, but their fate is not going to be a pretty one.
