Arbitration Is Not Justice

They are doing this with a legal tool known as arbitration, and most Americans have signed arbitration clauses without even knowing it. Ring of Fire guest host Farron Cousins helps explain the arbitration trap with attorney Matthew Edling.

1. I have no problem with arbitration as a first step,

but binding arbitration with no right to due process from the courts shouldn't be legal. No business entity should be able to require an agreement to waive constitutional rights in order to do business with, or work for, said entity.

2. The role of civil courts is not to administer "justice" . . .
