that Western Ukraine is and has always been anti-Russian and pro-independence. For ages (literally). No Western influence required.

So to paint Ukrainian protesters as somehow propped up by Chevron (and US) is not just historically wrong, but disingenuous as well.

The Ambassador is admitting that we met with the opposition and have financed them while standing between two corporate logos that are in the energy sector. Hmmm what goes through the Ukraine?
