It is from SOS Barnebyer - a organization who primary does work - and build small city's where orphaned children in many country's around the world... And in this case, it is from Oslo even though it could have been over most of Europe today.. Thankfully it is a commercial - not reality at least not in Norway... (As best as I know it )

It was not scripted in any way - and even SOS Barnebyer was surprised about the kindness so many was showing him - who they do not know.... I suspect it is something in the water in Norway that makes people kind - even to others... Or at least, to care for a child for the most part. Even in a large city like Oslo, who have its dark side of violence and less than stellar kindness...

It is a small City - with big city problems often..
