A short while ago, LeBron James tweeted this photo of him and his Miami Heat teammates wearing hoodies in solidarity with Trayvon Martins family and friends.
According to the Palm Beach Posts Heat Zone, James is the one who organized the photo and made it happen.

(16,887 posts)After hearing Geraldo Rivera suggest that Trayvon Martin may have survived if he hadnt been wearing a "Hoodie", I was so angry.....it reminded me of when its suggested that a woman got raped or was "Asking for it" by wearing something short or revealing like a mini-skirt or low-cut top.
I say we all start wearing hoodies....I hope Tory Butch, Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, etc...all srat having hoodies in their lines and big stars and people everywhere start wearing hoodies.

But he seriously bungled the PR angle of the move to Miami. It was way too long and drawn out and culminated in a ridiculous primetime 'reveal,' where his 'take my talents to South Beach' comment seemed arrogant and stupid.
That was not classy. Other than that, He seems like a good guy. We all make mistakes, of course.
