&list=UU0uVZd8N7FfIZnPu0y7o95A&hd=1"Everyone behaves better when they're on video," says Ward. "I realized that dash cams only capture about five percent of what a cop does. And I wanted to catch 100 percent of what a cop does."
The cameras are small, light, and clip to the clothing of a police officer's uniform. They turn on with a large switch on the front of the camera and have a green circle that surrounds the lens so that civilians know that the camera is recording."

and a red flag would be the cops who object to the wearing of a camera. Those are the one's to send packing.

(13,107 posts)4. Apparently not everyone behaves better
when they are on video.
Police brutalize and execute civilians everyday on video.
Until they are prosecuted nothing will change.
The penalties for anyone who writes the laws or enforces the laws should be double when they break those laws.

(3,183 posts)5. As in the video though
Rialto California has seen an almost 60 percent drop in use of force since using these body cameras. That's a pretty impressive stat in my opinion.
