Utah School Alters Only Girls' Yearbook Pics - Need to 'Dress Appropriately for Things'

It makes you wonder what is going on in the heads of Wasatch County School District administrators, like superintendent Terry E. Shoemaker, especially when, as one student notes, "There were plenty of girls that were wearing thicker tank tops and half of them got edited and half of them didn't." Shoemaker conceded that the edits were done inconsistently.

There have been no reports of male students having their photos altered.

_________

Dirty filthy girls and their arms!!!!! Apparently the district has a dress code ban on "extreme clothing". I don't know about you but I saw nothing extreme in those pictures. I DO however hear something VERY extreme in the explanations given by administrators.

Unfortunately the Mormons dug their claws deep into your state and turned it into a Christian Taliban state.

Would have thought they wouldn't need to be worried about "extreme clothing", but may be all that porn has rattled their brains......

Utahns, famous for their wholesomeness and frugality, buy online pornography at higher rates than the rest of America.
That's the conclusion of a Harvard economics professor who tracked subscriptions to online porn sites. Utah ranks No. 1 in subscriptions, according to Benjamin Edelman, who reported his findings in the article "Red Light States: Who Buys Online Adult Entertainment?," published in the most recent edition of the Journal of Economic Perspectives.

The most porn-watching ZIP codes in Utah, "with unexpectedly high subscriptions relative to their population and broadband usage," are 84766 in Sevier County, 84112 in Salt Lake County, 84018 in Morgan County, 84006 in southwest Salt Lake County, and 84536 in San Juan County.

sounds so Republican.... hilarious that they are the hotspot of porn...

I know a member of the Mormon Church who I found pictures online of orgies at his house. His face was blurred out in the pictures, but he forgot to blur out the identifiable contents of his bedroom... unmistakable! Whatta dolt.

I know for adult Mormon women it's an issue because their undergarments are pretty comprehensive and their outer garments must cover all of it -- but excuse me, these are girls at a public school wearing what teenagers wear but not extreme, and are NOT ALL MORMON.

When theocrats look at girls, I guess they get dirty thoughts, and it's the girls' fault.

Look at

I downloaded this file and read the color values on her forehead right below the part in her hair.

Before:
Cyan: 1%
Magenta: 33%
Yellow: 43%
Black: 1%

After:
Cyan: 1%
Magenta: 53%
Yellow: 72%
Black: 1%

I can understand why they added clothes; being in the Taliban requires consistency. But why turn her bright red at the same time?

...then they should have taken the photographs to the students and told them they couldn't use them because they were inappropriately dressed. That way it would have been one of those fabulous ''teachable moments'' we're so fond of hearing about, and the girls would have been properly and openly shamed into submission so as to avoid any repeat of their whorish, sluttish ways.

But by doing it this way, the school administrators come off as some kind of wimpy-ass pussies who're afraid to confront these mere girls with their superiority and knowledge of all that is decent, and they avoid it all by lying (covering up) their sins for them and in effect allowing these hussies to appear as righteous womenfolk!

- Now the men of Utah won't know what they're getting. A chaste well-dressing non-sluttish virgin, or a sleeveless slut who is so brazen that she'll show her very arms in public! For shame!

I thought it hilarious that Magazines and Newspapers were all censored and they had a huge staff that manually used black marker pens to cover skin and scissors to remove articles/pictures deemed inappropriate.

In hindsight it's their country .. meh!
