for navigation. The endangered Turtles and species we don't even know how to catalog yet who will be disrupted or harmed by this sonar testing..which will be secret and the effects stashed away for decades and if harm is done ...no one will be held accountable except for a "tap on the wrist fine" which won't bring back what was disrupted or killed in the quest for more Big Oil and Nat Gas which we will sell off to OTHER COUNTRIES...just to help our Balance of Trade Deficit because of what we IMPORT from China and other Third World Countries in Consumer Goods and such because we Off Shored most of our American Manufacturing.
